We want you to love your purchase, and we understand that not every purchase will fit perfectly. No hassle returns couldn’t be easier!
No receipt is needed if your name and email address were provided at the point of sale.
Eligible items are returnable within 14 days of purchase in like-new condition with tags attached in their original form. Shoes must be in box and show no signs of wear.

Online returns must be postmarked within 10 days of shipment. Any merchandise postmarked outside of the 10-day window will be rejected, and you will be required to pay the return shipping fee.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit. Items paid using a check will be returned as store credit. Cash refunds are limited per day per location discretion. All purchases made using gift cards will be returned to the original gift card.
Defective items are included in the policies above.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
